Meet Bree
Bree is a Clinical and Performance Psychologist who brings a genuine passion for helping people perform at their best - in sport, work and everyday life.
Bree has extensive experience in both clinical and high performance environments. She currently works at the Victorian Institute of Sport and has spent several years embedded within the AFLW at St Kilda Football Club, giving her a firsthand understanding of what it actually takes to compete and perform at the highest level. That experience informs everything she does, whether she's working with an elite athlete or someone navigating the pressures of everyday life.
Her approach is practical, warm and collaborative. Drawing on evidence-based therapy and performance methods, she works with clients to build the skills that translate when it matters most. She works with the full picture, because what shapes performance, mental health and wellbeing isn't just what happens in the big moments.
Bree works with athletes, high performers and individuals seeking clinical support across a range of presentations. Whatever brings you in, Bree's goal is the same: to help you show up as the athlete and person you want to be.

Individual Performance Psychology
Bree will start by getting to know you - your strengths, your challenges and what you're working toward. Whether you're preparing for competition, working through a loss of form or looking to build a stronger mental game, Bree will work with you to develop practical psychological skills that translate into performance. Drawing on evidence-based methods, the work is tailored to you and built for the long game, because sustainable performance isn't built on one good day, it's built over time.
Individual Clinical Psychology
Bree will begin by understanding you - your experiences, your strengths and what's been getting in the way. Working together in a safe and supportive space, she uses evidence-based therapy to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress or other mental health challenges, the focus is on building practical skills to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively and move toward the life you want.
Workshops and Presentations
Bree delivers workshops to groups across community and elite sport, as well as corporate and high-performance organisations. Each session is bespoke, interactive and designed to give individuals and teams practical tools they can apply straight away. Areas covered include mindset skills for sustained performance, performance under pressure, understanding and supporting mental health and wellbeing, building team culture and collective performance, as well as behavioural and mindset profiling using Spotlight - helping individuals and teams better understand how they think, communicate and perform.
