Bree is a Clinical and Performance Psychologist who combines evidence based therapy with practical strategies to help people thrive - in sport, work and everyday life.​
Bree brings expertise across both clinical and performance psychology. She understands the demands of elite environments and what it takes to deliver when the stakes are high. Bree simplifies the mental side of performance, turning psychological insights into practical actions you can apply in training, competition and high pressure moments.

Her approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to each person’s goals. Bree currently works with St Kilda Football Club and the Victorian Institute of Sport, as well as providing individual consultations and group workshops across performance and clinical psychology.

Workshops and Presentations
Bree conducts workshops to a wide audience from community to elite sport. Her bespoke workshops are designed to give individuals and teams the tools to perform at their best. Sessions are interactive and cover key areas such as mindfulness, focus and concentration, visualisation and mental rehearsal, emotion regulation, well-being for sustained performance.
